how's it going?

i'm doing pretty good so far. i still haven't gotten myself use to the shift work though. i've found several web sites that have ideas about coping with shift work. the hardest is figuring out when to take my meds, when to eat, sleep, pretty much everyday living i guess. my poor husband is gone when i get home, then when he gets home its time for me to get up and start getting ready. he kisses me then lays down for a short nap. its "hi honey" "bye honey". at least i dont have to worry about getting pregnant huh?

i'm sure that about the time i get it figured out that something will change my schedule but you know what? i really dont care because i have a job. going so long without a full time job was very stressful. which of course causes fibro to really get ugly. now the worse time for me is just before the old "monthly". wow, the pms gets to flaring up, the fibro tries to fight back, my body is like a walking war zone. i've never been so ready for menopause in my life! at least then the fear of pregnancy wont be there. ugh, perish the thought! anyway, i need to get me a t-shirt or badge or something to warn my loved ones when that "time" is coming because they pretty much just think i have lost my mind. i do it every single month and have for years but you would think i just suddenly went nuts. shouldnt everyone know by now whats going on with me? thats where the t-shirt would come in handy. it should say "i hurt, i'm fat, i'm hungry,i'm depressed, i'm stressed, i have pms SO BACK THE H__L OFF! something like that.

anyway, i'm off today so i have to go figure out if i need to eat, sleep, do chores, take meds, or whatever. naaaa think i 'll just go to sleep. thanks again, tune in next time.

Hi,

Good work with your blog.

I am glad you are working again.

I am sorry that it is wrecking your routine and it also has you and your husband out of synch.

It helps to plan ahead for the days when you are off maybe you can do things together.

Just an idea.
