well, now another hurdle to figure out. i now have a job that i will be working strictly the night shift but only 36 hrs a week. it totally messes up my eating, taking my medication and sleep. i have no choice in the shift so how do i manage my problems and my meds on this schedule. i have a hard enough time sleeping now my body is really going to be confused. i guess i can still take my morning meds at the same time but i will be going to sleep on some days and i'm not sure if some of them will keep me awake. i also have to take the medication for restless leg in the mornings i have to go to sleep or i really wont get to sleep.
i just dont know, guess i'll have to figure it out one day at a time. if its not one thing its another. i still wish i could get off some of this weight. i believe it would help alot of these problems. well, with this job i sit for 12 hrs. i get a few breaks but only to go to bathroom or heat up food. so how do i manage that. i do stretches as i sit and try to prop up my feet cause i've noticed swelling of my lower legs after sitting for so long. oh well, i'll figure out something if anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate them though. so again, thanks. until next time i'll keep blogging.
