flu bug, or virus

sorry i havent written in a while. i've had what i suppose is flu bug or viral infection. i'm not really sure which. i just know i had all the usual symptoms, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and headache. its been 4 days and i still dont feel very well.

it is worse when you have the fibro because with the usual aches and pains, you ache all over and the the regular pain is much worse. i wanted to find a bullet at one point. i hurt so bad i cried. i take ibuprophen and tylenol so much anyway that it took a long time to work. acutally it has to just run its course. you cant take antibiotics for a virus.

on top of that i had the montly pms too. boy i had a rough week this week. if anyone reads this a little pray would be nice. i hope to write sooner. i've been working while i'm sick. i and now a sheriff's office dispacher so now i can hear everyone elses complaints too. until next time, thanks again.
